DNA Dance & Attitude (Exclusive Classes)

An addictive dance workout. House, hip hop, drum “n” bass, trap all styles of electronic dance music, is the soul of DNA. Even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

Zumba, Bollywood Dance.

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes, based on the belief that a workout should be fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. BOLLYWOOD DANCE: Bollywood dance is used in the Indian movies. It’s a mixture of numerous styles. These styles include belly-dancing, kathak, western popular, and “modern”, jazz, and even western erotic dancing.

TRX or KO 8 Training (Exclusive Classes)

Suspension bodyweight training using KO8 bands that allow each user to increase the resistance based on their fitness level. This class focuses on muscle stability, core strength and plyometric exercises.

HIIT Training Based On (Cardio, Plyo, Strength) (Exclusive Classes)

HIIT STRENGTH: Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Trampoline Bounce Classes (Exclusive Classes)

Our Rebounding Revolution trampoline classes provide great cardio workouts without excess stress on the heart, muscles or on any joints while working the lymphatic system which is suitable for all levels of fitness. Studies show that an hour of jumping on a trampoline burns over 1,000 calories.

Kettle Bell Classes - KFIT (Exclusive Classes)

A kettlebell is a centuries-old training tool that looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Kettlebells can be used in ballistic (explosive) swinging movements utilizing the whole body along with momentum or used in more traditional press and squat exercises.

Power Yoga

Linking breath and movement. It is a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. It tones and sculpts the entire body allowing for rapid results.

Floating Yoga (Exclusive Classes)

Suspension/Ariel Yoga! This 30 minute express class on the floating deck helps strengthen and work the entire core, especially the abs and glutes.

Floor Aerobics & Step Aerobics

An energetic, upbeat aerobics class that is sure to get your body moving while using a stepper. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. This class combines cardiovascular training and toning exercises, for a superior total body workout.

Small Group Sports Specific Training (Exclusive Classes)

This is a highly motivating, intensive and fun class that will focus on cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. Different variation principles will be used in this class to keep it safe and fun for all candidates. You will be working with our Personal Trainer who will motivate and help you through the ultimate blitz challenge! A maximum of 5 people per class.

Fast Fit Bootcamp (Exclusive Classes)

The FastFit bootcamp model is a Group Personal Training program that features 30-minute EXPRESS metabolic workouts for busy people a Metabolic Workout features a total body workout that employs high-intensity work periods with short rest periods in an alternating set or circuit format.

The Studio format for Fit7 is based on a neighbourhood gym concept, comprising of a dry gym wherein more focus is given towards functional training along with strength and cardio. Lifestyle group classes, such as yoga, zumba would be provided in the GX area. This concept targets members who are looking for quick innovative workouts to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Kick Boxing
